Frame Setup
Follow these simple steps to get your ArtSync AI Frame up and running:
1. Unbox and Power On
Carefully unbox your frame, plug it in using the provided power cable, and power it on.
2. Connect to WiFi
Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your frame to your WiFi network for seamless functionality.
You do not need to download or connect the vPhoto App. Skip these steps.
3. Access Settings
From the home screen, tap the Settings icon to access your frame’s settings.
4. Save Your Frame Email Address
Find the email address assigned to your frame and save it for later use.
5. Link Your Frame in the App
Open the ArtSync App and tap the + button.
6. Finalize the Setup
Give your frame a name and enter the assigned email address into the Delivery Email field.
Your frame is now ready to sync with the ArtSync app and begin displaying your favorite artwork and photos!
